Equiterrain API

Equiterrain uses Bwendi location context for higher land valuation accuracy.

Equiterrain enriches each valuation with Bwendi place intelligence before scoring the parcel. The workflow uses Bwendi search and context data to identify the right locality, nearby administrative hierarchy, economic anchors, hotspot signals and market-relevant place context.

Why this matters

A title deed alone is not enough. Accurate land valuation depends on knowing exactly which city, district and economic corridor surrounds the parcel.

How Equiterrain uses Bwendi

Equiterrain calls the Bwendi context layer, then combines that location context with title parsing, coordinates and valuation models to produce more reliable land estimates.

Where the context comes from

The place intelligence layer is provided by Bwendi and exposed through api.bwendi.com, which powers the geographic context used by the valuation engine.

This endpoint is live and serving the Equiterrain backend. The public website at equiterrain.com explains the broader product workflow.
